WAIT UNTIL THE IMPERIALISTS ARE TRULY HELPLESS (Don't fire until you see the whites)

The Central Committee has resigned and the Chair has laid down the line. Allegorical and metaphorical attacks are now permitted and will be taken up in the Art Ministry's work.

The Art Ministry continues to prosecute independant operations to push the three cardinals.

IRTR has criticized the Art Minister for targeting the imperialist country audience rather than the imperialized countrie's proletariat. And IRTR is right on that because Mao said: Our art must serve the people. In Your Minister's defence: The Art Ministry's work was sugar coated bullets aimed at imperialists. The art directed at the imperialist country populace was intended to split off liberal individualists from the imperialist camp and to try to draw them to Maoism where materialism might cure them of individualism. That was a second best strategy taken up for pragmatic reasons. The main pragmatic reason for the overemphasis on splitting imperialists apart was the risk of encouraging premature and focoist adventurism. A similar risk was encouraging revolutionary tourism. Thus the art was focussing on the first world. A related risk was romance culture adventurism. So themes of gender and sex were taken up -- also for the pragmatic reason that "sex sells" -- and it does. All these types of adventurism fuel the wet dreams of the disjointed tax farce's wet dreams and Your Minister did not want to create any metaphors that could be interpreted that way and used against the MIM.

Well, the gloves are now off. The greatest dangers seem, from the perspective of the Art Ministry, past. The Art is now going to increasingly incite the Third World do put down imperialist dogs despite the risk of first world focoist adventurism because our primary audience are the proletariat. The tactical situation is extremely unique: You Ministry has vast resources, yet is surrounded by enemies and far far away from the front lines in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, the Phillipines, and South America. That is why we work in a clandestine way. Your Minister knows of no analogous situation in the history of warfare.

There were other pragmatic reasons for targeting principally imperialists that deserve mentioning: Artists can only speak most effectively and authentically from their own experiences (thus the risk of revolutionary tourism) and Limited computer access in the Third World (the information society gap). The last problem was clearly overestimated: the insurgencies clearly and repeatedly upload large data files which means they can also download them. The first problem seems inevitable. It cannot be effectively resolved because to do so would require revolutionary tourism.

Operationally your Minister expects MIM will eventually either order the Art Ministry to become a mass organization or resituate it as an independant MSG led cell. That decision will be made by the Chair at the time the Chair decides. That has little or no tactical influence on the Art Ministry's work.

The Art Ministry has used storytelling not as allegorical communication but to present understandable stories of some of the innumerable problems imperialism causes. If imperialist swine see how fucks them over then they will be less likely to support that and so individual issues were used as examples in a series of attacks which taken together push a broad united front line.

The Chair has made clear that allegorical attacks are open. The Art Ministry will bnow target all imperialist institutions at aNY level. The Ministry will use all art forms including disinformation, code and ciphers (cryptology). The art ministry may start making anonymous works with no visible connection to the MIM. The Art Minister holds herself accountable to the Chair for any such production (or, lack thereof). A reasonable goal for a part time ministry is one video per month. Your Minister was suffering eyestrain due to overwork and thought it best to wait and see whether her aggressive line was too aggresive; and it wasn't -- even sharper attacks on imperialism will follow.
