Devolution
Rereading the Chair:
This Minister was declared Art Minister well prior to MIM's devolution.
The Art Ministry is, reading the Chair's wishes broadly: Any Maoist Cell that wishes to seek fraternal affiliation is welcome to contact the Art Ministry.
The Art Ministry is currently and for the next six months doing two things:
1. Text work
2. Off screen work
3. Training new artists.
Top priority goes in fact to #3. #1 is the most visible. Don't expect more videos from the Art Minister. Do expect training from the Art Minister.
Newly trained artists will be free to form their own Maoist Cells, with or without fraternal ties to the Art Ministry. They will also be welcome to join the Art Ministry.
The Art Ministry is still subject to centralism, still expendable and will continue independant operations until ordered to take on any other form the Chair orders.
