Duncan Kennedy better figure out that the Irish Nationalists have been more or less coopted into capitalism. There is no proletarian armed strike force of revolutionaries in Ireland at this time. The Art Minister also doesn't want that because that would be contrary to Mao's wishes. Yes, it is correct to warn Third Worlders about U.S. domestic mafia politics. But the fact is there just isn't any armed revolutionary force in Eire.

Wrong again, idiot! There are several armed anti-imperialist organizations in Northern Ireland, including the Irish National Liberation Army (INLA), a socialist off-shot of the IRA.
