Sadly, again and again the imperialists prove the only language they understand is violence.

In keeping with the realignment described this video is cheerleading the Third World proletarian revolutionaries. MIM is correct that we can and do attract people without watering down the Maoist message. Your Minister has explained her tactical machinations.

The Chair has made clear that we must target both lumpen and literate. The Art Ministry's videos are definitely the best way to reach the lumpen. Likewise, textual references and links from those videos are intended to ramp up the élite Maoists for the hidden struggles.

To that end all future videos will include bilingual subtitles in French and English. Syria and Lebanon both have lots of French speakers as do Algeria, Tunisia and Marocco. If anyone has good russian slogans to include in the videos send them in. Russian is still spoken throughout eastern europe.

Your Minister does not list the amount of traffic her videos get because it's not needed. Your Minister has a goal of pushing to get MIM one million readers per month.

This video, self evident, is the longest single video the Art Ministry has done so far. Either more music videos or eventually an interactive film. It's a question of priorities.

Notes on Cryptograhy:

Your Minister has long made veiled references to cryptogaraphy. MIM publicly relies on PGP. However PGP is likely "backdoored" with a secret key to let the NSA read all the pgp even without massive parallel brute force attacks. It is vital that we understand that the anglo american imperialists know that a big part of their victories against the German and Japanese imperialists in the 1940s was due to cryptography -- the anglo imperialists broke the ciphers of the axis. Cryptists are also referred to the history of the red orchestra -- die rote Kapelle -- to see an example of our strategic confidence in the proletariat. The enemy can have unbreakable sigint and big fucking deal. We simply have better human intelligence (humint) and we know it and are perfectly okay saying so to demonstrate just how certain we are.

Being said, we do communicate securely, when necessary: To that end Your Minister describes some secure forms of communication MIM may or may not have used or be using in the past present or future:

2) One time pads: One time pads are about the only truly secure cipher technology but as the name suggest they are a one-use weapon. Go google one time pads. They're basically unbreakable.

3) Frequency attacks: A frequency attack takes ciphertext and tries to decipher it based on the occurrences of vowels and consonants in the target text. You may know the game 'the wheel of fortune'. In that game it is common to choose D S T R M L N as letters because these occur frequently in english. K is a frequent letter in other Germanic languages. Q is a frequent letter in latin languages. MIM denies the enemy the chance to make a frequency attack by mixing up languages and spellings.

4) Code books: A cipher takes a text and substitutes letters or numbers for the source text. A code is not a cipher and a cipher is not a code. A code is a table of meanings like a dictionary for example

So by enciphering a code and then putting it into steganography we basically get something that is as secure as anything that the enemy is transmitting to their boomers (which is slang for SSBN -- nuclear armed submarines).

Supreme excellence in warfare is to defeat the enemy without fighting. That is, the very best situation is to convert your enemy to your side. A second best situation is to destroy your enemy but to at least sieze your enemies supplies. A worst case situation is where you are forced to destroy both your enemy and your enemies means of fighting against you.

That too explains the Art Ministries over-emphasis on the first world. Most all of MIM's enemies are in the First World. And the First World has lots of resources stolen from the Third World. Siezing those resources and capturing or destroying those enemies is what it's all about. Of course, a majority of imperialists will never join MIM or even mass organizations led by MIM. MIM can promise the First World a longer, healthier and happier life. When rape disappears along with tobacco and when physical exercise becomes mandatory we can rightly expect an increase in life expectancy. But MIM cannot and will not promise more unsustainable SUVs. Perhaps as many as 20% of the imperialist country can be converted to some degree of Maoist led mass organizations.

For this reason MIM is always looking for forward thinking class traitors and race traitors in the First World who are willing to spy on the bourgeois from within. The Art Ministry is currently targeting imperialist bureaucracies and fully expects its attacks to have repercussions that are forseeable yet unpredictable. However all you bureaucrats get a chance to get on the right side of history for a change and be MIM's eyes and ears in the midst of the enemies of humynity. The art directed at the imperialist country populace was intended to split off liberal individualists from the imperialist camp and to try to draw them to Maoism where materialism might cure them of individualism. That was a second best strategy taken up for pragmatic reasons. The main pragmatic reason for the overemphasis on splitting imperialists apart was the risk of encouraging premature and focoist adventurism. A similar risk was encouraging revolutionary tourism. Thus the art was focussing on the first world. A related risk was romance culture adventurism. So themes of gender and sex were taken up -- also for the pragmatic reason that "sex sells" -- and it does. All these types of adventurism fuel the wet dreams of the disjointed tax farce's wet dreams and Your Minister did not want to create any metaphors that could be interpreted that way and used against the MIM.

Well, the gloves are now off. The greatest dangers seem, from the perspective of the Art Ministry, past. The Art is now going to increasingly incite the Third World do put down imperialist dogs despite the risk of first world focoist adventurism because our primary audience are the proletariat. The tactical situation is extremely unique: You Ministry has vast resources, yet is surrounded by enemies and far far away from the front lines in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, the Phillipines, and South America. There were other pragmatic reasons for targeting principally imperialists that deserve mentioning: Artists can only speak most effectively and authentically from their own experiences (thus the risk of revolutionary tourism) and Limited computer access in the Third World (the information society gap). The last problem was clearly overestimated: the insurgencies clearly and repeatedly upload large data files which means they can also download them. The first problem seems inevitable. It cannot be effectively resolved because to do so would require revolutionary tourism.

Operationally your Minister expects MIM will eventually either order the Art Ministry to become a mass organization or resituate it as an independant MSG led cell. That decision will be made by the Chair at the time the Chair decides. That has little or no tactical influence on the Art Ministry's work.

The Art Ministry has used storytelling not as allegorical communication but to present understandable stories of some of the innumerable problems imperialism causes. If imperialist swine see how fucks them over then they will be less likely to support that and so individual issues were used as examples in a series of attacks which taken together push a broad united front line.

The Chair has made clear that allegorical attacks are open. The Art Ministry will bnow target all imperialist institutions at aNY level. The Ministry will use all art forms including disinformation, code and ciphers (cryptology). The art ministry may start making anonymous works with no visible connection to the MIM. Your Minister needs your opinions about this and feedback generally.

MKULTRA ("mind control, ultrasecret probably due to cipher technologies) was a CIA/BND ("der Org") project intended to do exactly that -- control persons minds, most likely in "full spectrum" warfare that is from the simplest daily tasks to the most complex types of spycraft, including killing ("wet work"). Supposedly (speculation) the object was to create all manner of operatives from disposable prostitutes to non-disposable prostitutes to assassins. The victims of MKULTRA were not however intended to know that they were being controlled by the various spy organizations. The program, it is said, was based on the idea of creating multiple personalities through early childhood trauma so that the various personalities would be compartmentalized in one person just as each of the spy organizations would also be separated based on a "need to know". After all, who believes a crazy person? In that case Your Minister, who uses the third person both to retain scientific objectivity and to analyze her own persynality is probably a failed experiment resulting in "blowback" that is a backfiring operation.

MKULTRA operatives were and are programmed to follow various scripts encoded via cultural media - in the present time principally films coupled with traumatic experiences. Supposedly MKULTRA is a cover or merely the latest iteration of a multigenerational ruling class system of social control which can be traced back at least to the Cinderella story. In Cinderella the poor young servant of the ruling class is magically transformed for a night into a princess -- namely, the whore de jour of the prince; she had various magical tools principally fur slippers, obviously symbolic of her vagina. The fur slippers later became glass slippers, probabl to represent the shattering of the personality of the mind control victim into multiple aspects. In the latest iteration the slippers are ruby. Diamonds for non disposable prostitutes, emeralds for smugglers, ruby slippers for disposable whores and color coding.

When the Wizard of Oz was first written it was an allegorical story of the struggle within the ruling class of amerika over it's cash system -- whether money would be based on gold standard ("the yellow brick road") silver ("the tin man") or fiat ("the emerald city"). The "emerald city" is Washington.

Most recently the MKULTRA coding was linked to the music of pink floyd "the dark side of the moon". If one watches the film the wizard of oz to "the dark side of the moon" then one can see numerous synchronizations which support this idea of shattered messages to shattered personalities.

Your Minister has been working with "The Red Detachment of Wimmin" and noted certain similarities in the story line. "Dorothy" in the Wizard of Oz. (ounce, of gold) is the "door" to another personality which is "over the rainbow". In the traumatized mind the traumatic state leads one "over the rainbow" to another world. The traumatization occurs partly through mixed messages -- double binds -- where the victim is presented with conflicting commands for example being slapped and told "I love you" or "this is for your own good" simultaneously. "Remember to forget".

Most sites exposing MKULTRA do so from a pre-scientific perspective and other than documenting codes and commands are really ideologically useless. The xtan sites note the multi-generational character of the Monarch breeding and control program but don't connect to a class perspective due to individualism and religious claptrap.

In Red Detachment of Wimmin the hero starts as a slave discovers communism and becomes the hero.

Your Minister synched up the Dark Side of the Moon to the Red Detachment of Wimmin and did discover numerous similar synchronizations. "Pink" is the insult capitalists use against communism and Floyd is Freud. Pink Floyd's music is obviously directly referring to bourgeois spychology.

MIM rejects bourgeois psychology as pseudo science designed to keep the ruling class in power.

The synchronizations I noted are: 1) The screaming at the start of the soundtrack aligns to the chained hero. 2) "Breathe in the air" -- the prison guard is smoking. 3) Don't be afraid to care -- the guard strikes the heroine on the back of the head (in Oz the good witch acts at one point like she is about to strike Dorothy in the back of the head). 4) "Leave but don't leave me" as the heroine leaves the prison. 5) "Look around" (the heroine looks around) 5) "Run rabbit run!" -- the heroine runs away from the prison. 6) "Dig that hole under the sun" -- the prison is underground and a hole. 6) "When at last the work is done -- close it down it's time to dig another one" as the capitalist lackeys beat the other prisoners and then close the prison doors. Also the dance and music syncs much better. Of course, with so much dancing that may be chance. 7) "Tired of lying in the sunshine" -- the heroine falls into unconsciousness on the pool of light. 8) "Staying home to watch the rain" -- it is about to rain 9) "ten years have got behind you" -- focus shifts from the guard to the landlord. 10) "You run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking -- racing around to come up behind you again". The pool of light starts to grow again as the heroine regains consciousness. 11) "It's good to warm my bones beside the fire" as the heroine hugs herself." 12) I'm not frightened of dying. We meet two communists who are not frightened of dying. 13) The heroine's screaming stops as the communists heal her. 14) Money 15) Get away -- the heroine has run away from the communists 17) Black -- anarchism -- when the black haired heroine touches the red flag -- blue -- and the heroine is black and blue from the beating she got at the hands of the capitalists
18) Up -- the communist leaders appear -- down, the communist leaders point down. 19) "in the end it's only round and round -- the heroine and the communist leader dance together in a circle 20) "I'm a good man and it's gonna cost nothing" -- the communists give the heroine food for free. 21) "With" -- the heroine is with the people's army 22) "without" -- there are no chains here. 23) "Those are the price of dealing a slice" -- swordplay. There are numerous synchronizations other than these, those are just the first two dozen. A few later synchronizations: "I can't think of anything to say" syncs up to a black screen; "staying home to watch the rain" syncs to the Beijing capital building and streaming sparks in the sky. The execution of the captured spy syncs to the transition between two songs and the alarm clocks thereafter sync to the Maoists attacking at dawn. "their folded faces to the floor - and every day the paper boy brings more" -- imperialism is a paper tiger. "Listen son said the man with the gun" syncs to the heroine holding her gun aloft.

Are these synchronizations chance? Does it matter? They are interesting. There are just about as many as between the Wizard of Oz. and Dark Side of the Moon.

A lot of what Pink Floyd sings about are universal concepts that would sync to anything. "time" "money" "up" "down" "out" "with" "without" "hands" -- so the music might synchronize to anything.

Your Minister does not like classical music but does like Pink Floyd. It's possible to like things that are bad for us. I decided to upload this because I think it will interest people in Maoism and the dancing is fantastic.
